There is NO NEED to go to the ER even if it is a very early miscarriage, especially with covid going on. They will basically tell you to wait and see what happens. It's too early to see anything by ultrasound if you just got your first positive a few days ago. They may do bloodwork, but it means nothing without a comparative number a few days later. You'll end up with a huge bill and no answers. The only time to go to the ER is if you have enough bleeding to suspect hemmoraging, or severe pain on one side to suggest ectopic. 
It may not even be a miscarriage. I had bleeding for 2 or 3 days right when my period was due 2 of my pregnancies. All was fine. Wait and see what happens. If it is a miscarriage, it will get very heavy, like a full blown period but even heavier, and sometimes with clotting. If it stays light and goes away, it may be fine. I would call your OBGYN because they'll likely have you follow up in a couple days once you see what the bleeding does.
