Went for my first ultrasound Monday and the baby looks great. Ultrasound tech said she saw a tiny/small SH and that she wasn’t worried at all. My doctor said the same thing and even said they were very common, she sees a lot of them. She never mentioned to not have sex or not exercise but now I’m nervous. I don’t have another scan until I’m 12 weeks. Horrified for the wait until then. Anyone else have one and it was okay?
