It helped my sister but for me it completely fucked my cycle up BAD. Like I had a 1 day period for 2 months with pms symptoms that lasted the whole time. 2 Months after I stopped using it and got my periods back like they should I got pregnant. So moral of the story is if you have relatively regular cycles DONT USE IT but if your cycle is really off then give it a go.

My husband and I both took it for about a month and I got pregnant. I can't say for sure if it helps cause I was also on Metformin to enduce ovulation. But i would like to think it helped 😁
