Anyone else quit bad habits?

Anyone else have bad habits that they had to quit when they found out they were pregnant? I used to drink nearly every day, smoked cigarettes and drink two large Red Bull’s daily (Healthy, I know). I found out I was pregnant four days ago and obviously quit everything immediately. It has honestly been a struggle, especially seeing my husband going out to smoke or opening a beer. I’m not complaining, I’m blessed with this baby so I’m going to create healthy habits for them. But I’m not going to lie, quitting everything cold turkey has been difficult and I feel like shit. Any suggestions? Anyone else have to stop anything when they found out?
