Hi ladies, I’m getting really bad headaches, I’ve read that Tylenol is safe to take but what are your thoughts?

Just not more than 500mg a day!

You can take Tylenol. I took extra strength- 2 pills (500mg) and never went over what it says on the bottle.

You’re fine, I take Tylenol PM just to sleep.. my dr gave me two thumbs up!!! Just not everyday

Yes, just follow the directions on the bottle and do not take more than 1000mg a day.

Ive been taking 650mg but it hasn't been touching my headaches. Definitely tell your doctor. I got pre-eclampsia with our first son and I've noticed I'm not getting the headaches very often now that I'm able to take my baby aspirin regularly.
