Any breastfeeding mummas babys not sleep? 8 months old

Been a bad sleeper since birth were up snything from 3 on a good night to 5+ times a night!

I exclusively pumped for my son (so still breastmilk but not on the breast!) He woke up every hour for the first 4 months and then similar to you, 3-5 times a night until he was at least 9 months. At 9 months we moved him into his own room and it was a lot better but still up a few times a night. Started to sleep most of the way at about a year. 
I know it doesn’t always feel it but it will get better in time and 8 months is still young. My son is 2.5 now and he sleeps the best out of all his peers (from being the worst sleeper originally!) ... he still has a two and half hour nap (which I have to wake him up from) and he sleeps 7.30pm-7.30am (again, I often have to wake him at 7.30).
