Looking for ideas for next steps

Hi all. Briefly our history. Secondary infertility, MFI and low ovarian reserve. Round one of IVF in June resulted in one fresh transfer and 2 frozen embabies. We did not PGS test. Four eggs retrieved and three made it to blast. Our fresh transfer stuck but unfortunately after seeing the heartbeat at 7 weeks we got bad news at our 8 week scan that the baby was gone. We are devastated. I had to have a D&E for the missed miscarriage. We are now waiting for my levels to drop. We have a cycle review with our doctor early Sept. I’d love to get some thoughts and questions we can ask or next steps we can take. We are paying completely out of pocket so we need to make very purposeful decisions. First round of IVF we did Letrozole, max does of Follistim, and ganirelix with pregnyl trigger. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome!
