Baby Measuring Small

Had my first ultrasound on 8/10. According to the ultrasound baby Was measuring at 6 weeks 3 days. According to my LMP I should have been at 8 weeks 6 days. I know from using opks that my LH surge was on 7/1, which would have put put me instead at about 7 weeks 3 days. NP was pretty concerned and wanted to prep me for the possibility of a MC. She also said the gestational sac looked a little small. Baby’s heartbeat was at 144. Scheduled to go back in about a week for a follow up scan to see how baby’s growing. Just looking for support and wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar and had a positive outcome.
