Any helpful ideas?
Happened nearly 4 years ago. But it's getting worse day by day.
I've had counselling since I was 12 for many issues and had specialised people too for the ptsd. But it made it worse.
What else can I do?
I tried to eat healthy, excerise, socialise everything..nothing is helping and I can feel myself slipping away.
I need help but how?
I've never posted about this before anywhere and only a few know haha oops..
