My hubby will be staying home with our 21 month old son... due to covid, we are left with no choice but do it this way, Bc no one in my family is able to self isolate to help us out 😫

My son is 22 months old 
No one is willing to quarantine to watch him so my son will be staying home while I give birth alone 🤯

I hired a doula and she will be with me but my husband has to stay home with the other 2

I had this thought... I want my mom there so bad!!! But I would have him miss his 1st child’s birth! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m sorry to hear this :/. I was possibly going to give birth without my husband if my hospital wasn’t going to let him leave to check on our 4 year old. Luckily he can leave so he will be there. I hope you the best, you are so strong doing this alone and remember you have done this once so you can do it again! ❤️

All the power to you!  I couldn't do it - my husband is my rock and the support I need to have an unmedicated birth.  Told my doctor that if my hubby can't come into the room (currently no restrictions for him), then I'm giving birth at home 😁

I am preparing myself to. We are fortunate that my mom is home and could help but my dad is still coming and going for work. He can easily stay in a different section of the house but we aren’t sure we want to ask that of them. Hubby may just be staying with our two olders

I am! I’m having a csection if babe doesn’t come out earlier by himself. My hospital doesn’t allow to come back and forth for the support person and we have a 2 year old at home. Our families can’t isolate either sadly
