Just need to vent

After a MC in March, 9 blood tests and three weeks of excruciating waiting, it’s FINALLY TIME for my first ultrasound. I wake up so confident and see pink spotting when I go to wipe. It disappeared almost immediately and hasn’t come back, but I just can’t believe that today of ALL days this decides to happen. I don’t even know what to think. I feel like this 6 week ultrasound is a total crap shoot now.
