Does anyone allow their little ones to sleep with a teddy? My son wouldn’t sleep, he thought we were abandoning him at daycare (just recently started going again due to COVID) and also he was overtired. He doesn’t really accept being rocked or cuddled to sleep and I’m only up for “crying it out” for a certain amount of upset. If he’s too upset I can’t leave him.

Anyway!

I gave him his little cuddly toy cat and he’s fell asleep snuggled right into it. It’s the first time he’s ever had anything in his cot other than himself and a pacifier. Should I take it out or leave it in?
