Early labor?

Hi ladies, so I am 37 and 4 days pregnant, yesterday I had an appointment, I was dilated wit almost 2cm, later that day I walked for an hour. Then like around 2 am I started having strong lightning crotch and vaginal pain for about 40min, they stopped but I started getting cramp and they were bad, they would make me shake, they were like 10 min apart and wouldn’t let me sleep, but I would still be cramping in between, and I’m still cramping, I’ve been cramping for all this time, except they are not 10 min apart, they are just there, they’re still tolerable but they make me very nauseous to the point that I vomit and feel shaky. Could this maybe mean I’m about to start labor? First time mom and no clue on what the pain feels like, any suggestions ?
