Low Estradiol and HCG

Hi. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and my levels are extremely low. My Estradiol is only 42.6 and HCG 414. It is not doubling. I’ve come to terms that this is not a viable pregnancy but am curious as what to expect as I have no cramping or bleeding. Also what causes E2 levels to drop? Is it something that could have been supplemented? Thanks for any advice. I’m having a scan next week but I know it doesn’t look good.
