Did my water break?

I am 38+1, just went pee about 10 min ago (it was a lot, too!) then 10 min later, I have this intense pressure down there, like i have to pee, so I climb out of bed, waddle to the toilet, and as I’m pulling my panties down, it just starts coming down my leg, without me pushing, so I sat on the toilet to “finish” and it went on for about 2 min before I felt “empty” but I’m not sure if I just had to pee again or if my water broke; the toilet was clear, and I couldn’t smell anything like urine or anything really. I never experienced my water breaking before so I’m not sure what to expect.
