Pepperoni...?

Just had a medium sized pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese. I heard you shouldn't eat pepperoni during pregnancy? Kind of worried now since I've got cramps. Ive had them for a few days now (second trimester just started) but the ones now are worrying me :(

The recommendation is for cold pepperoni, the risk is similar to cold cuts. Once it's heated, any listeria that may have been there cooks off.

Omg no. You can have pepperoni. Uncooked stuff is what isn’t good. The pepperoni gets cooked very good for a pizza in an oven at probably 400° so it’s fine! I had pizza ALL the time
