Messed up Metabolism?
Is it normal to go on a 20 hour fast then eat 1,200 calories over the course of 4 hours, only to weigh yourself and see that you gained 3 pounds?
Every 2 weeks I go on a 20 hour fast for health purposes and so my digestive system can catch up. I stay hydrated all the time and I know what’s water weight. However, I only ate 1,200 calories in 4 hours this time around and gained 3.5 pounds.
Can someone explain??
