I’m a first time mom , I will be 24 weeks tomorrow and haven’t felt baby boy yet , I’m anxious and just want him to kick me , anyone else going thorough the same ?

I feel like you should address this with your doctor, I feel like you should definitely have felt the baby regardless of where your placenta is positioned. However, since you’re a first time mom you may just not be aware the baby is moving because you simply don’t know what if feels like - i think the best way to describe it is like a muscle twitch.
