Need advice from moms of 3+!

Give me allll the advice on getting through a 4th pregnancy. I have 2 toddler sons and a 4 month old daughter. I want to start taking prenatals in the next few months to prepare for my last pregnancy. I am actually pretty nervous about how I am gonna deal with it all! Thanks ladies
