Ok so AF was here for about two and a half weeks, finally yesterday she went TF home! Buuuttt since Wednesday any kind of pressure or shift In gravity (moving to suddenly, jumping, etc) hurts the area around my areola and deep into my chest but mostly painfully around my nipple! It’s very painful, to the point that when it begins (sometimes out of no where) I stop what I’m doing and have to hold them.

Someone please tell me what’s going on before I end up going to the hospital during this covid ish.
