Nausea/Morning Sickness Relief Remedy!

Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) baths help alleviate nausea in most pregnant women.

-Magnesium greatly reduces (and often completely eliminates) nausea, especially in pregnancy.

-Magnesium works to reduce cortisol levels in the body (see imagine below).

-Magnesium is a natural laxative (so many struggle with constipation during pregnancy).

-Magnesium naturally relieves bloating (another common uncomfortable pregnancy symptom).

Use 2 cups of Epsom salt for a standard-size bathtub filled with warm water. Pour the salt into running water to help it dissolve faster into the bath. Soak in the tub for at least 12 minutes, or 20 minutes to treat constipation, nausea, bloating, etc.
