I just would really like some advice or thoughts on this situation.

My boyfriend of 4 years has been in the marines for a year now. Before he joined our relationship was long distance. He lives two hours from me and didn’t have a car the whole 3 years we’ve dated. When we started dating we would stay on the phone talking for hours until 3am. Recently he’s told me I need other hobbies and that he wishes we didn’t have to talk to much. The only text conversations we have is “Goodmorning have a good day” and “goodnight hope you had a nice day” now lol. It’s bothered me and I’ve told him that and it just seems like he has a new excuse every time. I knew talking everyday wouldn’t be obtainable because of his career and I accepted that. But we’ll go a week without talking. He’ll come back from work and say he missed me and that he wants to call me. So I clear MY busy schedule and wait for him to call me at said time then he doesn’t....I find out the next day he was tired or forgot or hung out with friends and I let it slide then he does it all over again the next day. At that point I just feel like maybe he really DOESNT want to talk to me. Am I crazy for thinking that? I explained to him how it’s upsetting because I enjoy talking to him. We don’t text everyday, we don’t see each other for months. And I’m working 35-40 hours, go to the gym, and I stream on twitch. I have hobbies but he makes it seem like I’m wrong for wanting to spend the little time that we do have in a day talking? I have tried to be understanding and patient but I feel like less and less of a girlfriend and more of a distant acquaintance every day. Here’s some screenshots too. Yesterday and the day before I’ve just felt like shit and I’ve contemplated breaking up with him because it just seems like he’s so easily influenced now from what his friends do or say. I just don’t know anymore. I’m just tired of the excuses. Yet he wants me to see him next weekend.
