When would you start at home induction stuff (sex, pumping, spicy foods) anything else you would suggest to safely prompt a kid to come at 38-ish weeks lol

Due Jan 8, earliest they would induce is 39 weeks on Jan 1. Need baby out before December 31 (American, health insurance). Baby is otherwise healthy and growing fine. Will have monthly ultrasounds. Ob hinted if I went into labor naturally before Jan 1 she won't stop it lol. Her hands are just tied with medically inducing before 39 weeks.
