Can I get my vitamins from food?
Hi everyone! So I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have interstitial cystitis which is a condition where acids cause a lot of pain in my bladder. Basically feels like I have a uti all the time if I eat something I shouldn’t. One of the biggest things that causes flare ups for me is vitamins and supplements. I got a few prenatal vitamins including organic ones and they have all caused me severe pain. I am wondering if it is possible for me to get all the vitamins and minerals I need from food and just take a folic acid. I know there are certain amounts of each vitamin I need everyday so I was hoping I could plan out my diet to make sure I get all of the iron calcium and other vitamins I need everyday.
