Diet during pregnancy

I feel so guilty, I’m 15 weeks at the moment and I still have a lot of sickness and nausea and for some reason the only foods which will stay down are unhealthy! I have 3 take outs/eating out this week, not burgers but Indian, kfc, Nando’s and a chicken burger and chips in a pub (which I then threw up) I feel so so bad like my baby is not getting the nutrients!! Any advice please is soo welcome x
