Hey ladies, so ever since I got pregnant and Covid happened we have been disinfecting our groceries with wipes or a disinfectant spray and paper towels. Being the worry wart that I am, I just thought of the possibility of me possibly exposing myself and baby to chemicals if it had leaked through the packaging somehow 😳. I never wipe the direct food, but I wipe the packaging (cardboard boxes (with a plastic liner inside), plastic containers (like yogurt), plastic bags of shredded cheese or salad mixes, cartons of milk etc). Am I worrying over nothing? Or do you think I exposed baby to chemicals? I’m freaking out now 😓. I’m 7 months pregnant and have been been doing this since day one.
