Miscarriage before test

Just got my period of I think a period 3 days early than when I’m supposed too . My cycle is usually always on point no more then a day early . Feeling confused and honestly don’t want to ttc anymore ... it’s very discouraging when I’m only 21 . And already have been ttc for two months . I may just be impatient but I have to call my dr and get another examination. I was so hopeful this would be the month .
