Not sure what this means...

I know I’m supposed to talk to my doctor about this...and I have messaged him about it but I get no reply. And on the results it clearly says can’t flag abnormal results. Is a progesterone of 18 bad? Like I just don’t know. And anytime I look it up it doesn’t really give me any information. Just worried I guess. I’m not pregnant FYI.
