6 days PP and this terrible recovery seems to be staying for awhile 😖 still haven’t pooped so I have to try a suppository tonight (woo the stool softeners and laxatives didn’t help so I’m definitely backed up) and it literally feels like I have a golf ball down there from the swelling of the episiotomy and other tears I got.

Anyone who’s had this, when does the swelling go down? And when does it become easier to walk and function? I’ve been in bed all day, must have over did it yesterday :/

I just looked and I’m bruised around the episiotomy 🙃 it looks like a battle zone down there
