Hi everyone!

We have just got our semen analysis results they came back showing low sperm count and motility - 4 million and 20%.. The doctor said this is about what he would expect based on our circumstances (my partner only has one testicle due to one being removed for a benign tumor) he advised for us to try naturally for another 6 months before considering other options.

I was just hoping for any tips, advise or success stories of people that manages to conceive naturally with similar numbers.
