Pregancy allergies?

Anyone else get allergies during pregnancy. Im 26weeks
I've been suffering with severe cramping and diarrhea the hosputal said everything was fine babys great. They couldn't find anything. I decided to cut out bread, pasta basically gluten... i cut it out for like 4 days my cramping got better I eat some friend chicken last night and instantly my cramps were back...

Yeah it sounds like your body is more sensitive to foods now. It’s super easy to cut those things out. There are som really great wheat free noddles out there and lots of batters that arent wheat as well. 
I have a sensitivity to dairy, meat, wheat and processed foods. So it could be worse! Ha

That doesn't necessarily mean allergies. It could mean that starches and fried foods are irritating your stomach, or causing constipation. When you're constipated enough, your body basically has to turn it into diarrhea to get past the clog (sorry to be gross) and starches and oil are known to do that
