I’m 37 weeks and on and off I have been getting real bad sharp pain not in my vagina but above it.. where the mons pubis is. It feels like pulling or stabbing or even both. As if someone just is ripping my insides open & it hurts that it takes my breath away. Is this just baby position or could I be dilating or maybe baby just moving? I know it’s not contractions because my belly isn’t tightening up and itsnot every few minutes. I’m just curious what it could be
