Minimal symptoms at 7 weeks?

I’m 7 weeks 2 days today, but I’m still having minimal symptoms. My boobs hurt and I have intermittent cramping. I’ve only experienced minor nausea maybe a couple of times. No vomiting. Everyone around me is pregnant and miserable with morning sickness. I know I shouldn’t compare myself, but I guess I just worry something isn’t right since I don’t even feel pregnant? Won’t have my first appointment until next Tuesday, so I have no clue if things are okay or not. Am I just being paranoid?
