I've been feeling shaky 24/7

it's really scaring me. I have a long history of panic attacks and anxiety and I had my most severe panic attack yet a couple of days ago. Ever since, I've been feeling super shaky and achey which just makes my anxiety worse. I know I'm not actually sick or anything but I always feel ready to jump out of my own skin and I can't relax. I already have anxiety medication and I'm in the process of finding a new therapist. Has anyone experienced this or know how to stop it?
