Is it possible to be single and have a wonderful life?

I just recently became single (three days ago), so I’m starting this discussion to make myself and other find some motivation.

Yep I’m long term single and i have a good life. 
I do what i want with who i like and its fine. So if i want lunch with the girls every week or random midweek nights out then I just go, I don’t have anyone breathing down my neck saying i do it too much and i should save up. 
I don’t have to wait up for anyone to get home and wonder why they might be late, who they might hang with or talk to. 
I don’t have to tell anyone what I’m doing or who I’m with or where i am unless i want to. 
I don’t worry who or what i spend my well earned money on. 
I see and talk to whoever i like. 
I do my hair, makeup and wear clothes how ever i feel like. 
My house is decorated how i like it. 
I save money on concert tickets by going alone and often get better seats because of that. 
I don’t have anyone expecting to have a meal on the table when they get back from work. If I don’t want to eat its fine. 
Theres no fighting over what to watch or getting annoyed at someone playing video games until the early hours. 
I do me. Its great.

Oh yes definitely. A lot of people are happy single & find cooler stuff to do.
Through history, there have been very important single people who did great work. It's easier to focus without a partner sometimes.

Of course it is. My cousin has been single for years and has an incredible life. She has two dogs and a camper - that‘s it. She’s free to travel and live in new places. She doesn’t stress about kids or a mortgage. She’s really happy and while I enjoy my life, there are definitely days I envy hers.
