breast pain

hi guys i’m 14 and lately i’ve noticed in my right breast it’s a little more sensitive then the left. i went to check it out and like i can grab the left on just fine and it doesn’t hurt but when i grab the right one it doesn’t really hurt but it just feels a little uncomfortable. the left one feels way more soft and the right one is really tense and stiff on the inside. i don’t know if i should be worrying or not. my mom said we can make a doctor appointment but can someone please let me know if it’s normal or if i should get it checked out
