Symptoms going away...

My baby had a good HB at 6+4. My sore breasts started as soon as I found out I am pregnant & nauseas started around 5+5. Today I am 8+3 I feel like my sore breasts completely went away like they shrink, 2 weeks ago they were so big and nauseas is getting better. I’m a little worried I thought 8 weeks in my symptoms should peak but instead they are going away. Is this normal..:( And my tummy is still very flat and no sign of bump at all. I’m going back next week for second checkup... I’m anxious right now, feels like once it hit 8 weeks baby stop growing inside me:’(
