Worst medical professional you’ve ever had?

Question

Drop a story time on the worst story time you’ve ever had. A time where you were just like “someone take their license away!”
I love reading these as someone who has and wants to continue (I’m in school) to work in the medical field. Plus, I do have a few of my own that I want to test relating to yours.
[EDIT: I reread my original post and I realize I wasn’t clear why I love reading bad stories. It’s not because they bring me joy or anything. I love researching bad stories so I learn how to bring the best care possible. Leaving a person smiling because of my actions is one of the most fulfilling feelings to me. 
Also, it’s been only 3 hours and I’m already HORRIFIED]

When I was 18, I had my first child. A day after I gave birth I got an infection and had to go back to the hospital. The doctor who delivered had been really rude and short with me the entire experience. When I went back with the infection, he immediately jumped to wanting to remove my uterus. Didn’t consider any other options, just wanted to remove it. Mind you, I’m 18 years old. Just had my first baby. Thank goodness for my mom being there and refusing to allow him to do it. She got me moved to a different hospital and they took great care of me. I think he was bothered by the fact that I was so young having a baby. 
Another time, a practitioner was talking about me in a negative way with her nurse right outside the room I was in. The walls were thin and I could hear them with the door closed. Even from the waiting room, you could hear what was going on in the back.

Misdiagnosed me with Lyme Disease and put me on intense antibiotics during the hottest part of the summer where I was working at a summer camp and couldn't exactly stay indoors (sunlight sensitivity as a side effect). Go to see my actual doctor a week later, and it has gone away, but based on my experience she thought it was a sun rash or contact dermititis. Still had to finish the round of antibiotics though because stopping antibiotics before you finish them is just asking for future problems.

I went to a family care doctor for my first GYNO appointment at 20 I have been on birth control for 5-6 year at this point, both sides of my family had history of cervical cancer and other cervical problems at young ages so I though it would be best to start early, I went in everything was fine (so I thought) they did all the tests and one came back as having atopic cells (pre cancers) my doctor told me to come back in a year and check everything out, I though okay everything is fine if she’s no worried neither will I be. About 4 months later I started having horrible pains during sex and during ovulation, it lasted 8-10 months during this time I kept calling as asking if this is normal and they said I was fine (I was away for college couldn’t just jump on a plane to come back) so here comes my next gyno appointment (age 21) they start tests I start bleeding horribly (no where near period) they did an ultrasound and discovered that I had a large cyst that was on my right ovary that had burst, they gave me meds to handle the pain I went back to college. Everything was okay except I kept getting horrible pain when I ovulated and it kept continuing had another appointment a year later similar thing happened and everything was “fine”. I ended up getting pregnant, tune to now 25 with a two year old, 4 years after the first test I have PCOS and have lost over half my eggs in my right ovary, I’m a new now on a birth control to completely stop the ovulation process tell we can figure out a better plan on how to manage it. I’m 25 and I have the likely hood of getting pregnant of someone in there 40’s now all because one doctor messed up and now I may never be able to have another child with out medical help. 
My first child wasn’t planed it was on of those one night random mishaps me and my doctor still can’t figure out how I was able to get pregnant but I was and I did and I wouldn’t give up my baby for anything. 
Also I have learned from my gyno that she is no longer aloud to do gyno checks or deliver baby’s due to to many complaints from other woman and moms with help issues like my own that were brushed off and pushed to the side and where told “you will be fine”

When my first daughter was born in 2019, I went to labor & delivery around 8pm after being in early/active labor for 24 hours. My contractions were never consistent, but they were getting very painful so we decided to go in. 
They watched me for a couple of hours, and did some cervix checks to see how far I was dilated. I guess my cervix was tilted way back & babies head was bulging down in the way. After two nurses tried for a few mins each, they determined they think I’m still completely closed & in false labor. With how painful my contractions were at that point I was dumbfounded but it was my first baby & neither my husband or I knew any better. So we went home at about 11pm.
My husband goes to bed around midnight, and I am struggling in pain, which I now know is the transition phase of labor. I try laying down to sleep but at this point my contractions are wrapping around to my back & front. They’re excruciating. I’m jumping out of bed with every contraction. I start feeling pressure, like I have to poop. I sit on the toilet & realize, that is not a bowel movement. I yell for my husband to tell him we have to leave now, something has to be done. 
We rush back to the hospital, 20 mins away. It’s now about 1:30am. I held her in. At literally any moment if I pushed, she would of been born. My body had already moved her SO low. They run us through the hospital, I throw off my pants. The same nurses check me & tell me I’m complete, it’s time to push.🙄6 minutes later, my daughter was born, in my T-shirt. 
The main issues with this is I was a high risk pregnancy, due to a physical issue with my daughter who had no monitoring during my labor. So we had no idea how she was doing. I also was strep b positive, so I was suppose to get antibiotics for 4 hours before delivery to protect my baby. I also had marginal cord insertion. 
The doctor was visibly very upset that the nurses didn’t call her to check me herself before I was sent home. She actually quit a few weeks later.
Now I know better.

I went to a low income clinic because of severe lower back pain. All he did was press on my spine some and then prescribed me pain killers, which did nothing to ease the pain. Months passed and things kept getting worse, but I had already gone to the doctor and nothing was really done so I just dealt with it. Until I had the worst pain I've ever had in my life. My then husband rushes me to the ER. I'm in such severe pain that they immediately take me back. They're getting my info about what's going on and wheel me back for an x-ray because I was as yellow as big bird at this point. Turns out my gallbladder was full of gallstones and there was a stone that left my gallbladder but got stuck in transit, so my body had been shutting down. They said I would have been dead within a day with how severe I had gotten. They were able to take out my galbladder, but had to send me to St Louis for a doctor that could take out the lodged stone. What would have been a 2 hour drive took no time at all. It was kinda cool haha

Answer

I went in for my gallbladder surgery, and my IV failed while transferring me from the bed to the operating table. The anesthesiologist came in to the operating room and was pissed off that I wasn’t “ready” and jabbed an IV in one side of my neck, and when that failed, went for the jugular. I was fully awake at the time, and then was immediately asleep.
Nothing was explained to my parents, they just walked into recovery to see me with a jugular IV after my surgery “took longer than expected”￼
