Reducing a miscarriage — HELP

Hi ladies,

I’m just shy of 3 weeks pregnant and I’m getting a little bit of nerves thinking about the possibility of miscarrying. I know it happens more often than not unfortunately ☹️ but, I’m just wondering if I’m doing the things I should be to prevent it.

I exercise, go for runs, I take my prenatal vitamins every single day. And for the most part I eat fairly healthy. Especially since I found out I am pregnant. I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs and I haven’t touched alcohol since I found out.

Is there anything any of you can recommend? I’m just getting nervous. I’m going to be a first time mama ❤️🥰
