Want to cut her out

So my mil came to visit my son for the 1st time due to covid last week he was born in June we've had some issues in the past with her saying she doesn't think me and my husband will cope and how after thanking her on texts, calls and facetime for some bath products saying I'm ungrateful and rude for not thanking her on social media (which I haven't thanked anyone on social media asy mum has bought 80% of what he has) whist I was 30 weeks pregnant so upon meeting him said what on earth is that its a strawberry birthmark/ a popped blood vessel for people that don't know what one is he would look better without it can't with get rid of it 😠😠😠 how can you look at that all day then noticed he has something called Mongolian blue spots my husband is part Pakistani bit unusual for my son to get them but it can happen so she says can't you do something to lighten it he's a bit peculiar don't you think I might be bias but my boy is such a beautiful little but with such a amazingly cheeky smile she is the only person ever to say that everyone has said how beautiful he is I feel so guilty that he has to grow up with a grandmother like that if she even has any right to the title of it I don't know what to do
