Is this heartburn ?

So, I’ve been pregnant before I’ve had two other kids and I’ve had heart burn but I’m not even sure what it feels like anymore. Sounds kind of stupid but the feeling I have is if theirs liquid sitting at the top of my stomach and end of my throat, almost as if I burp I will throw up a little bit. It’s hard to explain but it’s an annoying feeling and it hasn’t gone away. I feel it when I swallow anything it’s like it I almost have a hard time swallowing it. It’s just an odd feeling. I’ve taken tums. I eat about two of them and it seems to only help a little bit , I know the other morning it was so bad it woke me up out my sleep and I threw up.

I’m just not sure what it is. Sorry if it seems stupid but the feeling is annoying and won’t go away.

Forgot to mention I’m 19 weeks and 6 days today.
