Covid and Pregnant!?

Has anyone here ever caught Covid?? What were your symptoms? Did you have to be hospitalized?? How long did it take you to feel better?

I tested positive for Covid on July 24th. At first I thought it was my allergies but I knew right away it wasn’t when I lost my taste/smell. I never had a fever it always stayed at 97-98. For 2 days I was extremely tired but after that I wasn’t tired anymore. I became very nauseous, had a slight headache that would come and go, runny nose, and a cough. 
I lost my taste/smell on July 21st and now its slowly coming back. Before I couldnt smell anything at all, but could taste if something was sweet,spicy,salty I just couldn’t tell you what that food was. Now if it has a strong smell to it like garlic I can definitely smell it but other things like hair products and perfume smell off to me. 
As for my cough its going away. I’m just coughing now because of that crap in my throat. ￼I’m taking Mucinex which is helping a lot so hopefully that will be gone soon. 
I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant. When I got tested on July 24th the doctor told me my baby should be fine. With the studies they’ve had so far they’ve seen no problems with babies. I will keep following up with my OB about it though just to be sure.
