I’m the planner so I’m usually the one planning everything. I have anxiety so I like to be in control lol

I do probably like 90% of the planning and he does 10%. Im just more of the planning type then him. If we are going on vacation I have already researched all the hotels, restaurants, activities and know where I want to go and what I want to do. He is more of the go with the flow type. 
Occasionally he will plan  a surprise vacation which I love but gives me anxiety of not knowing where we are going.

I meant to put mutual. He’s very sweet and caring. He thinks things out so thoroughly. Makes me strive to one up him lol.

Depends for what. I usually plan weekend trips or vacations and tell him to book time off because I planned so and so but weekend type stuff or date night things we plan together. Sometimes he comes up with plans.
