Hey guys !! So I ordered these conception pills from Eu natural in hopes of just getting a boost on TTc journey I’m only 1 month in first month I got BFN .. my period is usually 31 days so pretty normal is it ok to use these with normal cycle ???

I would say hold off on these ones and just get a normal, cheap prenatal multivitamin (usually the normal vitamins (Bs, E etc), iron plus folate, maybe some omega-3 etc). Check with your doc about these but I have read that vitex and myo inositol can really reshuffle your cycle. People with PCOS (I believe?) often find it has a positive effect but if you already have a normal regular cycle you don’t want to mess with it! Good luck! 🤞🏻🧡

Honestly bc of the Myo -inositol and vitex I wouldn’t bc they affect your hormones maybe evening primrose oil is a better option
