Help please!

I had a positive ovulation test yesterday morning (19th august) and I also had a positive this morning (20th august which is today) my partner has just got back from work so I thought I’d take the test again before we have sex and unfortunately the test showed a blank circle where as this morning it had a happy face

Why is this does that mean I’ve now missed my chance of getting pregnant 😭
