It’s usually okay as long as it’s not too hot.  I have been advised not to because I have a subchorionic hemorrhage.  I’m hoping that it heals within a month or so.  My doctor told me not to worry about it because in all her years of practice she has never seen a loss from it. This happens in around 2% of pregnancies.

Unless  advised by a doc not to. Or in active labor (can cause infection)
It's fine. 
The heat is a concern if your taking scolding hot baths for a long period of time. But nice warm/hot bath is fine
. The concern with the heat is your rising body tempatures which long lasting fevers are link to stillbirth and or miscarriages.
