When losing mucus plug did you lose it in pieces or all at once? 39 weeks 4cm 70% as of yesterday

Everytime I go to the bathroom I'm litterly pulling clumps out these were 3 seperate times and not even the biggest pieces that came out. No blood in any yet but started to get crampy in my back. I wish it would all come out at once I'm over all the small pieces. Cant imagine how much more there could be.

Mine was massive and very obvious it was the plug this looks just like discharge to me

It is HUGE. I was so freaked out when mine came out. It came out all at once and I’m telling you, it’s a lot more than you would think. Good luck mama.
