Miscarriage

I think this is the end of the road for me and my baby 😞😞 ive been bleeding ever since I found out I was pregnant went friday8/14 for blood work hcg levels were 252 then went Tuesday for blood work and my hcg levels were at 683 Wednesday night came home and my shorts were full of blood & I wiped and saw blood clots :( Thursday afternoon as I was showering more blood clots coming out. Idk how to feel.
