Please pray!!

Please say a prayer for us! Had my first ob appointment I was 12 weeks yesterday! They did a vaginal ultrasound and only found the sac and no heart beat! They did find a tiny little something once but it only measured at 6 weeks 3 days! The doctor said I’m either way earlier then we thought or the baby isn’t doing good and not growing correctly! I did blood work and he will call me tomorrow and let me know what that says and then I’ll go in Saturday for more blood work! Not hearing the heartbeat broke my heart nor seeing my precious plum sized baby on the ultrasound! Trying to stay positive so please pray hard!!
