Not eating/Fasting

What’s the most weight you’ve lost while fasting? i want to kind of retrain and reset my body so that i can eat healthier. i’m currently on hour of 76 of no food but i really don’t feel that hungry. i’ve noticed i’m more bloated and have stomach pains though. i’m drinking a lot of water and also taking vitamins. i’m thinking about doing this for a full 7 days. i’m not necessarily doing it for weight loss, but it’d be a great plus.
